Dr. Prasad Panthagani is a fellowship trained Ophthalmologist with a passion for diagnosing and treating ocular diseases.

After first obtaining his medical degree from Guntur Medical College, Guntur, India, Dr. Panthagani completed his residency in Ophthalmology at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi, India. He underwent further training in the United Kingdom where he became board certified by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in Ophthalmology.

After completing a research fellowship in Cornea and External Diseases at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Harvard Medical School, Boston, Dr. Panthagani completed a clinical fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Adult Strabismus at Children’s Hospital and University of Washington Medical Center, Seattle.

Dr. Panthagani is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Connecticut Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons, and a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
